SHIPPING POLICY
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore. Please allow more time for order processing during holidays and promotional periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed.
If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated .
Error address:
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We try to avoid errors by verifying shipping information with each customer at the time of order confirmation.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. During peak periods, it may take up to 5 business days for delivery. After that, it may take 7-12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Delivery time: 9-15 days (up to 30 days in some areas)
*This includes our 1-3 day processing time. (During peak season, we require 3-5 business days to process new orders.)
*If the item is not delivered within 45 days of shipment, a full refund will be issued; any product received after this time will be retained.
*Note: This clause does not apply if delivery fails due to insufficient address information filled in by the customer.

Package:
As a professional bag supplier, we understand the importance of receiving your bags and accessories in perfect condition. Therefore, all orders will be wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a second outer box (including the original gift box) to prevent any damage during delivery.
Shipping Instructions:
Most orders are processed in 1-3 days, and orders to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and EU (Germany, France, Italy, Austria) will be delivered in 3-12 business days*. If you are located outside of these countries, delivery times may vary and may depend on customs processing times in your country. Please note that customs processing times may cause delivery delays that are not included in the timeframes provided. We do not control customs fees or policies, and our free shipping service does not cover these charges.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and another confirmation email after the order is shipped. Please make sure that the information you enter when placing an order is accurate, such as email and delivery address. We will not refund or re-ship orders due to incorrect addresses and orders are detained by the local post office, so please make sure the information you provide is accurate.

Will I be taxed?
The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars and include taxes, which means that you will not have to pay taxes when you receive your order.
Mark as delivered:
If your country’s domestic postal service (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS/Canada Post/Royal Mail/LA Post/Deutsche Post/Australia Post etc.) marks the item as delivered to the correct address you provided when ordering, but the item was not delivered, you must contact your local post office and provide an official statement that the package was lost, stolen or not delivered. Once we receive the required documentation, we will do our best to resend a replacement order to you. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and make sure to provide all relevant information when you contact us.
Special note:
Please provide your complete address, including apartment or suite number, when placing an order. An incomplete address may result in your package being undelivered or returned. In some areas, undeliverable packages cannot be redelivered or returned to us and will be destroyed by the local post office. We are not responsible for any losses caused by incomplete address information.
